Abstract

In the article the expediency and benefits of cloud technologies implementing in learning and scientific environment of pedagogical educational institutions are proved; the key international documents defining the basics of cloud computing are outlined; the main global trends of use of cloud technologies in education are described; the promising forms, methods and techniques of learning that can be implemented by tools of cloud technology are outlined (blended and collaborative learning, flipped class, project learning, virtual class, web-quest, personification of learning); a number of important educational problems that can be solved with the introduction of cloud computing are identified.
