Abstract
The guide highlights the modern technologies of adult education. It presents the structure, design process and practical implementation of the adult education technologies, training technologies are analyzed in the adult education, the social and psychological aspects of adult education technologies are revealed. There have been displayed the peculiarities of the use of modern innovative technologies in the adult population adaptation to the other lingual-cultural environment, as well as the modern teaching approaches to the postgraduate training in graphics education of workers. It deals with the nature and characteristics of learning technologies in general.
