Abstract

The book highlights the peculiarities of the professional training of adults in vocational schools and in the workplace as a part of lifelong education system. There have been analyzed the current problems and prospects of production personnel training in conditions of labour market, and grounded the quality criteria for training personnel working in production (on example of professional competence), and conceptual principles of forming the future specialists’ ecological competence, and organizational-pedagogical basis of the unemployed people’s vocational training in the workplace. There was determined the current state of vocational school teacher’s training in conditions of information and technological development of society. The monograph deals with the methodological principles and pedagogical-professional improvement of teachers and masters of vocational training in the vocational art schools, the psychological aspects of non-formal adult education, the problems of economic disciplines teachers’ training in HPC and colleges, and also features of development of graphical skills of engineering industry workers.
