Abstract

The article is devoted to the coverage of civil-law protection of intellectual property rights of teachers in vocational schools. Focus attention on common civil legal ways to protect intellectual property rights in the judicial process. Pay attention to the non-pecuniary damage for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
