Abstract

The paper describes the system of the senior pupils’ research competencies in physics that was built basing on author’s recent researches. Such types of system’s links are established: by the stages of research activity, by the level of using ICT, by the leading activity, by the order of forming. The three-component model of forming the senior pupils’ research competencies in profile physics learning is built basing on the statements of the methods of using ICT in education. The objective component of this model displays socially and personally meaningful conditions, purpose and content of forming research competencies. The content and procedural component includes tools, organization forms and methods of learning researches. The diagnostic and result component displays criteria, levels and tools of diagnostic of the pupils’ research competencies forming level. The conclusions and directions for further research are defined.
