Abstract

Evaluation level of the develoment of ICT competencies of pupils, teachers and school heads of secondary schools is a strategic task of educational systems in European countries. Problems of information and communication competence evaluation in general secondary education in Europe, including the European Union in comparative pedagogical context is an important area for research and Ukrainian education system. The focus today is aimed at clarifying the forms, methods and procedures for evaluating levels of information and communication competence of students, teachers and heads of secondary schools.
