Abstract

Construction of the National Research and Education Information Network Ukraine is a necessary step in the further development of science and education. It should have the intellectual content, contain databases and knowledge from different areas of science and education, digital libraries, information retrieval systems, provide a common remote use powerful computing resources. An important problem arises users free access to research results.
