Abstract
The manual contains the main results of the study "Techniques for diagnosis of psychological readiness of military personnel under contract to activities as members of peacekeeping units". The first section of the manual defines a content, elements and criteria of psychological readiness of troop members to peacekeeping operations, applicable psychological diagnostic techniques that can be used to diagnose such readiness are presented and analyzed, and a general algorithm of the study is set out for practical testing of the specified psychological diagnostic techniques in two versions - full and shortened ones. Information in this section can be used to develop methodological support for diagnosis of psychological readiness of military personnel to various types of military activities. The second section provides qualitative and quantitative levels of diagnostic indicators of long and short-term psychological readiness of military personnel to peacekeeping activities, formulas and examples of integrated assessment of such readiness, as well as detailed practical recommendations for diagnosis. The manual can be useful for specialists in educational, social and psychological work, commanders of military units and other professionals whose work involves troop preparation to participation in peacekeeping activities.
