Abstract

The study examined a number of web-oriented tools for procedural publication of scientific and educational research. Experimentally confirmed that monitoring disclosure of scientific and educational research available and distributed web-oriented services and resources can recommend tools such as digital libraries, including software platform developed EPrints, outdoor tables and electronic systems.
