Abstract

In the monograph, written by scientists of laboratory of methodology and theory of psychology Institute of Psychology nabbed after G.S. Kostiuk NAPS of Ukraine, analyzed in its different dimensions, the category of professional identity. Based on humanistic and rational methodological orientations of dialogue, based on the achievements of the various areas of psychology and related disciplines with her, trying to make the most of the actors to reveal the identity of becoming a specialist in modern conditions that contribute to its efficient use in research and in various areas of social practice. Analyzed the specifics of the manifestation of this phenomenon in different occupational groups. Details methods of forming and reformatting professional identity and peculiarities of their application in the context of the challenges of our civilization.The book is addressed to psychologists, researchers and practicing psychologists, teachers, social workers and all representatives of professions such as "man-man".
