Abstract
The guidelines deal with 4 years experience of practical implementation of the research on topic "Social and psychological factors of overcoming poverty as a lifestyle" which was made by the scientists of Dpt. of mass and community psychology in Institute for Social and Political Psychology, NAPS of Ukraine. Social and psychological training to overcoming the negative effects of belonging to ineffective subcultures is proposed as a mean of prevention and overcoming everyday adversities connected with poverty. The training is aimed to business activity increasing during the psychotherapeutic care, promoting of self-constitution in education, professional self-constitution of young people, using social capital in search of work, stimulation of self-efficacy unemployed people, harmonization of family relationships, strengthening responsibility in attitude to health, and legal self-constitution of people who are in the correctional facilities. The guidelines are addressed to practical psychologists and social workers who deal with representatives of problem social groups.
