Abstract

The electronic library NAPS Ukraine first developed in Ukraine. Implementation of the Electronic Library of Ukraine NAPS solve the following problem: achieving a new level of completeness and timeliness of the information needs of scientists NAPS Ukraine to improve the quality of scientific research; efficient use of available scientific information resources NAPS Ukraine through the creation of a new information environment; operative informing the scientific community about results of scientific work in NAPS Ukraine; coordinate research activities NAPS agencies in organizing information services staff; preservation and further development of scientific relations with scientists of the world and others. All institutions NAPS Ukraine will be combined meta protocol that will solve a number of problems with the exchange of experience in introducing new technologies and training and research, ensure free access to resources. Work with corporate information in a distributed digital library NAPS Ukraine has not been carried out.
