Abstract

In the article the basic style model approach to presentation, analysis, consideration and improvement of the design and functioning of methodical study of open education are characterized. The aim of modern ICT is to improve adult education, the further development of all modern education systems with which content, technological and organizational basis for quality of education is formed.
