Abstract

The article investigates the current stage of social development, highlighting the problems of reforming the social and political system, there is the need to incorporate features of the new political reality in the development strategy of modern reforms. Substantiated the feasibility and necessity of taking into account the motivational-semantic aspects of the implementation of strategic objectives in the context of the European vector of social development.
