Abstract

The use of electronic systems as a means of bibliometric information and analytical support scientific and educational research opens new possibilities Publication activity evaluation researchers, the level of efficiency of scientific research; to track the level of relevance of research, topics, publications and other products through scientific analysis of the indicators of bibliometric electronic systems used. Under this approach actualized the issue of adequacy and validity of electronic systems for bibliometric information and analytical support scientific and educational research and monitoring activities of researchers.
