Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of psychological features of competitiveness managerial staff of educational institutions of state ownership. The work contains theoretical rationale, methodology and results of empirical research on this issue. The system of psychological support competitiveness staff of organizations and educational organizations of state ownership. Shows the psychological problems of competitiveness on the development of managerial staff of educational institutions of state ownership, psychological types of competitive managers. The results of the introduction of training effectiveness.
