Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of scientific schools in pedagogy. The scientific terminology research apparatus is detailed. The typology of scientific schools is characterized, and the peculiarities of some scientific and scientific-pedagogical schools are presented. Evaluation criteria for scientific and pedagogical schools’ activity are proposed.
