Abstract

The formation and development of the human person most affected the environment in which she lives, learns, works. Therefore, universities important and topical issue both theoretical and practical is the problem of creating such high-tech information and communication, educational and scientific environment in which the student is daily during the entire period of study in higher education, which should meet the needs of the information society, the current level science, technology and world educational standards and enhance the level of information and communication training and formation of professional competence. An example of the information and communication education and scientific environment for learning mathematics disciplines of university students is a web-oriented mathematical environment.
