Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of a thesaurus of scientific problem of personality development in the definitions of synergy. It is natural to use the synergetic approach to the problems of education and training. Author has identified main definition for the problem of personality development in the synergetic approach, which should be enter into the system of pedagogical knowledge as interdisciplinary.
