Abstract
The author of the article attempts to apply the synergetic approach to problems of personal development in line with the latest developments of modern philosophy of education. Researcher concludes that the laws of this approach to personal development in the modern conditions of building knowledge-society, and identifi es key methodological guidelines of the synergetic approach to personal development.
