Abstract

The article defines the student’s potential as actor of the learning process. It is regarded as the leading factor of his development, self-development, and his ability as an actor of the future professional activity. It presents the basic exponents of student as an actor and his ability as an actor as well as the main qualities of an actor in professional education. It proves that the main qualities of an actor include different types of being an actor such as social, learning, and professional. It simultaneously envisages the ability of a person as an actor of being, behavior and activity to transform his own life activity into an object of practical transformation allowing controlling oneself on the basis of self-estimation, self-reflection, self-regulation, self-regulation of being, behavior and activity.
