Abstract
This article deals with the philosophical foundations of psychological research of neomythologism in the contemporary culture. It is shown that the formation of new mythological situation is distinctly traced in the postmodern culture, the processes remythologization manifested as dominant cultural. The basic mythological tendencies of the postmodern discourse are highlighted.
