Abstract

Thesis is devoted to the principle kulturotsentryzmu leader in management of vocational schools. Revealed: the ideological and semantic core administrative activity exists in the plane of culture. Based on the basic functions of culture, rightly argue that culture should be the basis for unifying society as a whole, social communities. As employees of vocational education belong to a particular social group, form a corporate culture, it has to perform its function in consolidating this link education. The quality of the implementation of this function depends largely on management. It is therefore important to follow the principle kulturotsentryzmu in management that works closely with one of the basic principles of education - kulturovidpovidnosti. This combination creates a semantic core management.
