Abstract

The article highlights the main criteria for determining the effectiveness of the implementation of tablets and electronic educational resources (EER) in elementary education; conducted the analysis of the methods used to study the development of first grade pupils’ personality; psychodiagnostics methods to test the level of selected indicators in 6-7 years old schoolchildren during the implementation of mentioned above mobile devices and e-learning content.
