Abstract
The book is devoted to topical issues of psychology of small groups, their role structure and functioning features in today's educational environment in the period of transformation and reform. The dynamics of group processes seen in the paradigm of "group unconscious " which is a new approach in psychology of small groups. There are proposed definition of "educational environment", highlights the structure of the educational environment, social psychological characteristics of student groups, primary, basic, senior secondary school units, the teaching staff as a small group, the training group as temporary group. The features of group dynamic processes in core and non-core classes, their relationship with expressions of individual creativity and collaboration group of students, formal and informal teenage groups, primary school under the influence of the creative interaction between students and their parents, teaching staff, which leads to social and psychological climate in student groups. Processes in group training for managers in education are seen as indicators of the general state of group processes in the education system. For scientists who develop the social psychological and related problems, teachers humanities disciplines in pedagogical universities and post-graduate education, school psychologists, practitioners in the field of psychotherapy and psyhological consulting, all those interested problems of small groups and intergroup relations.
