Abstract
In the article it is accentuated on the importance of the grounded explanation of the creation of teachers’ organizational culture as a complex sign in the conditions of teaching-educational process; it was made an effort to distinct and characterize the components of teachers’ organizational culture, to circumscribe the prospectives of taking them into consideration in the school leader’s managerial practice, it is mentioned about the powerful influence on the creation and development of school organizational culture and pedagogical staff, which is an extremely complex body and has its specific peculiarities; the peculiarities of pedagogical staff are scrutinized; the matter of content of basic components of the organizational culture of teachers of the school of artistic-aesthetic profile is represented.
