Abstract

The functions of the organizational culture of the teaching staff of vocational training institutions Agricultural Profile. The article analyzes the scientific approaches to understanding of the organizational culture. According to the results of theoretical studies highlighted certain functions and sub-functions found elements of the organizational culture of the teaching staff of vocational training institutions of agrarian profile. The study concluded that organizational culture formation occurs in a solution vocational institution two major problems: of external adaptation and internal integration, which affects the efficiency of vocational schools as a whole.
