Abstract
The role of innovation and competitiveness in the field of workforce development at domestic enterprises is defined. The criteria of innovative type of a worker at a hi-tech industry enterprise are outlined. It is grounded that there is a need in implementation of management innovative systems for personnel professional development which cover the adaptation and LLL processes. They are the following: innovative management, innovative projects business planning, budgeting of innovative processes. The importance of staff competitiveness at local labour market is studied out. The principles and scientific approaches to planning and organization of workforce development at the enterprise are analysed. Up-to-date pedagogical technologies based on knowledge generation, recognition of specific transformations in the economy field like modular, project, distant ones, are characterised.
