Abstract

It is noted that changes in the labor market affect the career of the individual. It is important to determine the career orientations based on the study of personal and professional characteristics of the individual. Kar'yero- oriented approach enhances self-esteem, motivation and business performance in a particular area of activity is the main prerequisite for career modern identity.
