Abstract
The article discusses approaches to human resource management in organizational change and presents features of personnel management. Revealed that widespread enough "hard" approach to personnel management. Analysis has also helped identify methods of personnel management as a positive influence on the overall performance and bearing negative. Also formulated the hypothesis of situational factors that determine the choice of a most effective technique.
