Abstract

The resource and risk constituents of professional activity of social workers are considered in the scale of social situation from microscale to the macroscale. In particular, cooperation of social worker and a person turned for help is considered in the microscale of social situation.The variant of resource co-operation is presented through role-play cooperation of “Triangle of winner” by Ace Choy, where resources are accumulated; unlike risk cooperation is presented through the “Dramatic triangle” by Stephen Karpman, where resources in the process of cooperation are exhausted. Another resource constituent is awareness concerning present risks and plan of actions on their minimization or prevention
