Abstract

The manual for the prevention of everyday stress and crisis dezadapt situations , says a group of professionals of the Institute of Social and Political Psychology of NAPS of Ukraine within the Intersectoral complex program "Health of the Nation". It highlights the impact of acute and chronic stress on life-construction personality, the possibility of increasing stress in the family, professional, personal areas, especially working with troubled youth, ways of providing psychological support and self-help. For students enrolled in specialties "practical psychologist", "social worker", "social pedagogue", students of postgraduate education institutions teaching staff. It will be useful also for school psychologists, psychotherapists Service Emergency workers and social services for families, children and youth.
