Abstract

Perspective direction of practical realization of educational subsystem of preparation of scientific leaders and consultants is considered in the form of quintessence. It consists in a necessity development of philosophical educational model of preparation of scientific leaders in postgraduate studies and consultants in doctoral studies. Receipt theoretical results carry a considerable positive socio-economic effect in practical preparation scientifically pedagogical of competent scientists of Ukraine.
