Abstract

In the article promulgated basic results of dissertation research. Certainly requirement to the model of realization of variation between the types of activity of scientists in the system of education on the basis of competent approach. The use of the known formula is in the adaptive mode of distributing of budget of official (worker) time of scientifically pedagogical workers of universities on educational, scientific and scientific and technical, methodical and the new effect of economy and capacity for a defensive of the state will allow to get other types of activity as a result of variability between the types of activity. In addition, will enable to save the formed scientifically pedagogical collective from reduction. The mathematical is conducted designed confirmed the idea of realization of variation approach offered in dissertation.
