Abstract

The scientific article concerns the topical problem of modern implicit presentation of concepts of development and formation of competence during the pedagogical process. The results of research explained the categories of pedagogics. They are the following: development and formation. It enables to develop the theory of development of methodological competence of post-graduates of the system of higher military education. The theory must examine: development of personality orientation; development of experience; development of psychical processes in the context of intellectual development.
