Abstract

The purpose of the article is a ground of maintenance; structure and functions of methodological culture of adjuncts. A methodological culture of adjunct is a level of development of the socially purchased capabilities; qualities; properties of personality; methodological knowledges; abilities; skills; experience; values; traditions; norms and rules conducts; which show up as proof style which allows an adjunct effectively and high-quality to decide tasks related to organization of professional activity is formed. A scientific novelty consists in that the concept of “methodological culture of adjuncts is first offered”. By a main function methodological cultures are the translation of methodological scientific experience of organization of professional activity which will provide the adjuncts of rapid adaptation to professional activity.
