Abstract

In the scientific article « Tendencies and exigent measures of modernization of the third level of higher education in Ukraine – to the institute of postgraduate» in research the necessity of development of process of accreditation of graduate school is set as the third component system of higher education of Ukraine. With tacking of Ukraine the change of «philosophy of education took a place to Bolonskogo of process» (code of speciality 09.00.10). However until now the mechanism of accreditation of graduate school is not exhaust. As a result there is paradoxical disagreement. Head of the Higher attestation commission (WAK) of Russian Federation In. Filippov in an interview defined three basic directions of reformation of the system of scientific degrees the weekly newspaper of scientific concord of «Poisk». He marked the necessity of licensing and accreditation of post-graduate. Аctual is a design of reformative ideas of WAK of Russian Federation in and their discussion in Ukraine. There are not doubts, that such ideas spontaneously will be conducted at WAK of Ukraine right behind Russia. Tendencies and vector of modernization of institute of graduate school are considered in Russia is interesting for the State accreditation commission of Ukraine. Scientific schools are the main informal structure of science which does a considerable contribution to development of science philosophy. However much the proper attention of confession of scientific schools is not at state level.
