Abstract

In the article the authors analytically compared methodologies of scientific, educational and professional activity in the higher military education system. The difference from scientific methodology form the differential characteristic of the activity organization phenomenon in Armed Forces of Ukraine. The key phenomenon feature is the clear public relations mechanism, which is related to attributing information to the state secret, hush-hushing, declassifying it financial transmitters in the process of professional activity organization. These measures are aimed at the guard of state secret with the purpose of defence of national safety of Ukraine. The result may serve as the basis of grounding methodological competence of postgraduate students of higher military education system. The systematized material can be useful for master's degrees and postgraduate students (postgraduate military students).
