Abstract

The article analyzes and cohesive key regulatory and legislative framework on which to base the preparation of candidates for higher education the degree of doctor of philosophy and doctor of science in higher educational institutions (scientific institutions). A separate subset of documents based on which training was provided to the specified categories specifically for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Listed in the regulatory and legislative framework is the object component of methodological culture of adjuncts and graduate students. The author in the context of the object of study, determined the identity of the key normative-legal base, which defines a uniform procedure for the organization of training scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in Ukraine and for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and acts of legal-regulatory component object component of methodological culture of adjuncts. Theoretical value of research consists in the development of the theory of methodological culture of adjuncts.
