Abstract

The purpose of the concept of development of methodological competence of a post-graduate student in the system of higher military education is to develop the optimal direction and ways of development of methodological competence of a post-graduate student, to create an effective system of training and certification of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel.
