Abstract

The monograph deals with theoretical and methodological issues of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers. A model for the development of methodological competence and methodological culture of scientific and pedagogical workers in the context of professional training is proposed. Recommendations on the definition of a system of pedagogical technologies for the formation of professional competencies of scientific and pedagogical workers are given. It is addressed to scientific and pedagogical workers, undergraduates, doctoral students dealing with the problems of professional work.
