Abstract

The article summarizes the results of research, publications and normative legal acts, which reveal the state, problems and phenomenon of the content of professional competence of officers of operational levels of military education in the relevant military accounting specialty (group of military accounting specialties). It was found out that the content of professional competence of officers of operational levels of military education in the relevant military accounting specialty (group of military accounting specialties) is the same content of competencies in the group of military accounting specialties and as a result, the specifics of Officer Training are not taken into account. The performance of combat tasks by officers, as well as the organization of daily activities by subordinate personnel at the operational level of management, requires appropriate training obtained in a higher military educational institution of the appropriate level of military education. A special feature of the military education system of Ukraine is that it is integrated into the national education system and is regulated by both regulatory documents on general education and departmental regulatory legal acts. The adaptation of military education to NATO standards provides for the creation of a single unified system for training officers for the security and defense sector of the Defense Forces, taking into account the experience and achievement of compatibility with the Armed Forces of NATO member states, as well as the formation of an effective system of professional military education, which is integrated into the state education system. It is predicted that in the updated (adapted to NATO standards) military education system, the student will acquire knowledge, skills, skills, ways of thinking, views, values, and other personal qualities acquired in the course of training, upbringing, and development, which can be identified, planned, evaluated, and measured, and which the applicant for higher military operational education is able to demonstrate after completing the educational program or individual educational components.
