Abstract

The collection of materials of the Second International Scientific Forum "Adaptive Processes in Education", which took place on February 7-8, 2023 online, contains abstracts of participants' reports and the main organizational documents of the event. The topics of the publications are placed under the scientific panels of the Forum. The works highlight the current issues of education development in Ukraine, reveal the following areas: adaptive processes in education in conditions of uncertainty; adaptation of the activities of pedagogical and research-pedagogical workers and education seekers in today's changing conditions; adaptive management of the process of formation of professional competences among future specialists in the field of education; adaptive management in education; adaptive processes of information-analytical support for the digital transformation of education and pedagogy; organization of research activities on an adaptive basis; adaptive processes in the educational activities of domestic and foreign universities in the conditions of European integration; an adaptive model of professional development of educational management personnel, pedagogical and research-pedagogical workers in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education. The publications clarify the essence and peculiarities of the spread of adaptive processes in education in the conditions of wartime and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The materials of the Forum are intended for scientists, teachers, graduate students, doctoral students, holders of scientific degrees, managers and all education workers who contribute to the spread of adaptive management ideas. The authors of abstracts of reports published in the collection of materials of the Second International Scientific Forum "Adaptive Processes in Education" are responsible for the relevance and reliability of information data.
