Abstract

In the modern information society, the environment of the education system is information-educational according to the information underlying these phenomena. In this regard, there is a need to consider and design the information-educational environment in educational institutions, to define a set of objects, subjects, essential relationships between them, as well as necessary and sufficient conditions for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the educational process, effective management of educational and cognitive activities of its participants. Since the environment has a decisive influence on the formation and development of the personality. At the same time, it changes under human influence. In the process of these transformations, the person himself changes.
