Abstract

In the article, the concept of “essence” is defined as the totality of all physical and mental strength and properties of participants in the design-educational process. The terms “design and creative talent” and “design talent” are used interchangeably. The urgency of the problem of development of design talent is motivated by the natural phenomenon of precession, which causes significant changes in the natural environment of the planet, which are speculated by talented ethnic designers and futurodesigners. It is noted that: information and energy changes in the environment lead to the intensive development of national forms of design in different countries; designers, gifted with the ability to project creativity, are designed to demonstrate to the world the ability to cosmological symbolism, inspired to embody the mind-imagination of the energy of the new era in material futuro-forms, level the boundaries between science and art, use project technology as a means of knowledge and self-knowledge. The titles of publications of modern foreign design education as a scientific phenomenon are listed: “Design education”, “Science of design research”, “Science of design methodology”, “Teaching design science”. The names of the disciplines of English design education and design education in the world network of schools of the International Bachelor: “Design and Technology”, “Art and Design”, “Folk Design”. The technological cycle of design in foreign institutions of general and specialized education is explained. It is noted that Ukrainian continuing design education is in its infancy. To identify people with a gifted nature, models of simple functioning systems of design education are proposed: design-technological, ergonomic, folk-design (ethnodesign). It is hoped that the research and teaching staff of art and pedagogical education institutions will create, justify and test a continuous system of art design education.
