Abstract

Methodological recommendations refer to four elective courses in biology for a specialized school, developed according to programs approved for use in general educational institutions by the biology commission of the Scientific and Methodological Council for Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine. Methodological guidelines and didactic tools for the formation of students' competencies, maintaining their motivation, developing self-education skills, and creating conditions for the implementation of an individual route for students of a specialized school have been determined for teachers who will teach students of the proposed elective courses.
