Abstract

Dear teachers and parents! We bring to your attention another presentation from a series of interactive educational materials for work on the development of auditory perception and speech of children with hearing impairments, which, in particular, can be used for classes with children with cochlear implants. Completing the tasks we have developed will contribute to: enriching auditory ideas, forming auditory skills, developing auditory attention and memory, improving phonemic processes, expanding vocabulary, mastering semantic and grammatical features of spoken language. We deliberately do not indicate the physical age of the children and/or the year of education, in the work with which the materials developed by us can be used, because it is known that the level of hearing and speech development of children with hearing impairment depends on a number of factors, among which age and year of education are not the main ones, although , certainly, and have significance. Instead, the formation of auditory and speech skills, as an indicator of the development of auditory perception and speech, is determined by the hearing age of the child, the time interval between the occurrence and diagnosis of hearing impairment, the time of onset and the features of corrective and developmental medical-technical and pedagogical intervention.
