Abstract
The article considers the problem of minorities stigmatized by property characteristics and empirically examines the manifestation of psychological characteristics of specialists of public organizations depending on their desire to help such minorities. It was found that specialists with a strong desire to help such minorities have a high level of self-reflection, show restraint in negative emotions in communication, their social activities was motivated with desire to change the world for the better, help people, self-realization, personal growth, experience.
