Abstract
The article examines the problem of suicide and the impact of its consequences on the teaching staff. It has been found that the most effective means of working with the teaching staff is training, which includs the technology of social and psychological support. The main stages of the training are defined as: psychological work with emotional reactions, experiences and states, analysis of a case of suicide or an attempt to commit it by training participants and determining their position in life in relation to this situation, making sense of tragic events and giving them meaning, balancing the psycho-emotional state and finding inner support.
