Abstract

The problems of training teachers of a vocational school of Ukraine for active professional activity are highlighted. The axiosphere of a modern teacher is presented as a unique spiritual formation that unites values and value orientations necessary for successful professional and public activity of a person. The task of continuous professional development of the teacher is outlined – the formation of a stable and consistent system of humanistic professional values, capable of resisting the challenges of hybrid warfare.
